WHAT COSTS DO WE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
In the checkout process of the purchase, you can clearly see the shipping costs.
Standard shipping within Germany costs EUR 5.90 including VAT. and international shipping (European delivery countries Studio Schön®) costs 9.90 euros incl. VAT. . You can find further price information in the prices below. From a goods value of 150 euros (shopping cart/order value) we ship free of charge.
We calculate our shipping costs once per order.

We only ship our products to the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Luxemburg
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
We usually dispatch our goods within 2 to 5 working days after receiving the order, depending on availability. You will receive an email as soon as your goods are shipped. We always ship as standard shipping and do not offer express shipping. If a product is not available, you will receive a message from us.
SHIPPING OF OUR TEXTILES - ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION ?
Our textiles are shipped directly from our textile finisher (based in Rhineland, Germany) as soon as they have been individually printed with our design for you on demand (after ordering). As a rule, our textile partner sends the goods within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. In some cases it may take a little longer. You will receive information when the goods are shipped.
WHO DO WE SHIP WITH & HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping is usually via our partner DHL. As a rule, shipping takes about 2 to 5 working days, depending on the shipping volume at our partner DHL. In some cases it may take longer. In individual cases, we reserve the right to ship with other shipping partners (DPD or UPS).
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? (TRACK & TRACE)
Yes. Nationally, within Germany, this is possible and standard with us. For international shipments, Track & Trace (shipment tracking) is unfortunately not always possible. We will keep you up to date on where your order is whenever possible and you can follow the shipment using the Track & Trace method (shipment tracking). You will receive an email from us as soon as the shipping label has been created and your products are ready for shipping and/or as soon as the products are "In delivery". We offer you active shipment tracking so that you can see when your package will arrive.
CAN THERE BE SEVERAL PACKAGES (PARTIAL DELIVERIES)?
Yes. Since our textiles are shipped directly from our textile finisher and the other products are shipped from our studio in Trier, there may be several packages. However, you only ever pay one-off shipping costs. You only pay shipping costs once per purchase. It is possible that you will therefore receive a package from the studio in Trier and a package from our textile partner. Since we produce and finish our textiles for you in a very sustainable way using the on-demand process (only after ordering/on order), which makes ecological sense, there are sometimes two deliveries.

MY COUNTRY IS NOT INCLUDED?
We currently only deliver to designated countries. Your country is not included? Feel free to email us at shop@studioschoen.de and we'll see what we can do. We will expand our delivery area bit by bit.
PICK UP ON SITE IN TRIER?
Currently you can only order our products in the online shop and yourself Immediately to your desired address deliver to let. In the future we want to offer open shop days in our studio in Trier. At the moment we only offer delivery. However, if you absolutely wish to be picked up (except for textiles, since these are sent to you on demand by our textile finisher sent) so simply order in the online shop and send us a message to "bestellung(at)studioschoen.de". Then we can arrange an individual pick-up date with you and as a thank you you issue a voucher (worth 5.90 euros) for the shipping costs, which you can redeem in the shop with your next order.
