All printed materials and other items are shipped from our studio Schön® in Trier, Germany. We usually ship our products within 3 - 6 business days. In individual cases, it may happen that we ship later.

You will receive an email as soon as your goods are shipped. We always ship via standard shipping and do not offer express shipping. If a product is not available, you will receive a message from us.

Our textiles are printed or embroidered on demand, that is, only after ordering, by our partner in the Rhineland (Germany) individually for you and shipped directly to you. Here too, these products are usually shipped/ready for shipping within 3 - 6 business days. In individual cases, delays may also occur here.

In general, we always offer a standard shipping option with the following costs per order:

From a merchandise value of 69.00 euros (shopping cart/order value), we ship free of charge.

Of course, we hope that you like the product you purchased and feel confident about your purchase. If this is unfortunately not the case, you should know that for a desired return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns.

Please also consider carefully beforehand, for sustainability reasons, whether a return is really necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

If you then have a return or want to send a product back, you must register this in writing. Please send an email to: retoure@studioschoen.de. After clarifying the details, we will send you a return label or you can send the return directly to us. Please wait for confirmation from us. Unregistered returns cannot be accepted. We have provided our textiles with appropriate size charts, so that for each textile you can find a size chart and product information below the product images.

Are you not sure which size to order and want to find out which size fits best? Good – because we want to avoid all returns and not unnecessarily burden the environment. Therefore, we are happy if you order only one size and first check the size charts to find the right size for you.

You always measure the width of the textiles from armpit to armpit, about 2.5 cm below the armpits at chest height. The height is always measured from the very bottom to the very top. We find it easy to look at an existing textile in your wardrobe that fits well and compare it. Using your favorite textile, you can quickly find the right size.

Our T-shirts and hoodies have a regular fit. Our sweatshirts are rather tight-fitting. We have experienced ourselves – measuring and checking is worthwhile. Basically, you can assume that our products tend to fit "normal".

If you like it very casual and loose, feel free to order one size larger, but note that the sleeve length will also increase. Otherwise, your classic size is always a good choice.

Our textiles are currently produced or refined using the DTG process (from the English Direct to Garment) in digital textile direct printing. The water-based color pigments are printed directly onto the textile using modern printing methods. Our designs and motifs are printed onto the textile by our textile finisher in Germany and shipped directly from them to you.

Our organic cotton bags with long handles from the accessories category are printed using the screen printing process. Please handle them with the same care as the products from the textile category. This way, you will enjoy them for a long time.

With a few care instructions, you can extend the lifespan of your new textile. Before wearing for the first time, printed textiles should be washed to remove any printing residues.

• Soak the product in cold water before the first wash
  (this prevents shrinking)
• Always turn the textile inside out before washing
• Do not set the washing temperature higher than 30 °C
• Do not use a tumble dryer
• When ironing: turn the textile inside out first
• DO NOT iron over printed areas
• DO NOT pull, tear, scratch, or rip the print!
• DO NOT dry at high heat (avoid tumble drying)

The washing instructions on the product labels do not apply, as the pure fabric product has been further processed by printing. The products in the textile category are sprayed with a natural liquid during the printing pre-treatment for better adhesion of the printing ink. So if you notice a slight vinegar smell or a gentle haze on the print after unpacking your order, there is no cause for concern. Both will disappear after the first wash. The printing ink we use is free of harmful substances and certified according to OEKO-TEX® 100.

For our clothing items & the Organic Bags, we collaborate with a great European label that uses only fair, ecological, and recycled materials as well as organic quality in its textiles. Everything is certified with the quality seals from GOTS, OCS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX®. They are printed at our partner in Germany using an ecological printing process with water-based pigments and on-demand exclusively for you directly after your order. This way, we can offer you our textiles individually, quickly, and without overproduction.
